Previously, BJ held the position of Head of Product & Design at Angle Health from July 2020 to March 2024. As the Founder & Chairman of Hat Factory Design, which joined Bowery Engine, BJ led a top-rated NYC design agency recognized in 2019 by Clutch. Past roles include Creative Director & UX Lead at SALIDO and Lead Designer/Front-End Developer positions at BuzzFeed and Snagajob. BJ began the design career as a Designer at Big River after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond.
