Amina Chirrek is currently the Head of People & Culture at GameDuell GmbH, where she leads a team of specialists in shaping the company's culture and processes. With a background in social work and systemic coaching, Amina has a strong foundation in supporting talent and creating high-performance environments. Additionally, she has experience in recruitment marketing and talent acquisition. Amina holds a Master's degree in Politics & Biology from Freie Universität Berlin.
