Justin Peress (He/Him)

Justin Peress has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 with Pandion Investments Ltd. as an Investment Analyst and Junior Analyst. In 2018, he moved to Valsoft Corporation as an Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2019, he joined Galliant Advisors LP as Vice President of Finance. In 2020, Justin founded a M&A consultancy firm called TB Partners, which continues to operate today. In 2021, he became a Partner at Top-Down Games, a top Roblox publisher. His current role is Senior Director of Finance at Gamefam, a position he has held since 2022.

Justin Peress graduated from Concordia University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the John Molson School of Business, majoring in Finance. Prior to that, he obtained a DEC from Marianopolis College in 2012 and attended Selwyn House School from 2010. Additionally, he obtained a Financial & Valuation Modeling Certification from Wall Street Prep in September 2015, and a Bloomberg Market Concepts Certificate from Bloomberg LP in January 2015.
