Fernando D. Vicente has an extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Fernando D. started their career as a Hardware Technician at CESSER, where they were responsible for maintaining and repairing computer equipment and installing/configuring internet and email systems.

Fernando D. then worked at Trymedia Systems as a Software Tester and later as a TEST Manager/SQA Tester. During this time, they focused on testing win32 games, managed a test team, and introduced process improvements.

After that, Fernando joined Macrovision as an SQA Engineer, where they planned and designed test cases, conducted testing for software applications, infrastructures, and systems, and implemented testing automation with a focus on web platforms.

Fernando D. holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they pursued starting from 2019. In 2015, they obtained certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ISTQB/SSTQB. Fernando D. also completed a postgraduate course in Design and Creation of Videogames at Universitat d'Alacant from 2011 to 2012, emphasizing computer games and programming skills. Additionally, they completed a postgraduate course in Web 2.0 Programming at Universitat d'Alacant in 2007-2008, focusing on web page design and digital/multimedia resources.
