Ross Wood

Ross Wood has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ross began their career as a School Leader at YWAM, where they led and counseled students in a 9-month Bible school program. Ross played a significant role in developing the school's curriculum and maintaining its daily operations.

Following this, Ross worked as an Assistant Manager at Two Rivers Coffee, where they showcased their leadership and management skills. Ross then joined YWAM again, this time as a Course Instructor, guiding and instructing students in a program focused on character development and outdoor adventures.

In 2010, Ross joined DJ Maestro, LLC as a Disc Jockey and continued in this role until 2018. During this time, they showcased their creativity and entertainment abilities.

In 2013, they joined Valor Christian High School as a Faculty Member, where they contributed to the education and development of students. Ross'srole at Valor Christian High School lasted until 2018.

In 2018, Ross transitioned to a new field and joined Google as a Technical Recruiter and Active Channels Specialist. Ross played a crucial role in identifying and recruiting talented individuals while also managing active channels.

In 2019, they joined YETI Coolers as a Full Cycle Recruiter, where they utilized their recruitment expertise. After leaving YETI Coolers, Ross joined MGR360 as a Training Manager and Recruiter, where they contributed to the training and recruitment processes.

Most recently, Ross joined Statecraft Simulations, LLC in 2020 as a Product Lead, overseeing product development and management. Ross then moved to Gameopedia in 2022 as a Product Manager / Product Owner.

Ross Wood attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained two Bachelor's degrees. Ross earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and another Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In addition to their academic degrees, Ross Wood also obtained certifications in specific subjects. In 2012, they obtained the Colorado Praxis-Math certification from the Colorado State Government. The following year, in 2011, they obtained the US Praxis-Social Studies certification from ETS.
