Marcelo Paez Sequeira is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at GamerSafer since April 2025, Marcelo previously held roles such as Head of Engineering at Radiant Security, where leadership of a team of over 20 engineers led to a culture of rapid production improvements. Marcelo’s background includes serving as CTO at ViBe Saúde and GamerSafer, with a focus on restructuring engineering departments and rebuilding products for scalability. As a co-founder and COO of iugu, Marcelo played a pivotal role in creating software that enables businesses to streamline operations. With a solid technical foundation as a Senior Software Engineer and ABAP Consultant, Marcelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
