Helen Smallridge has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Helen is currently working as the Global Head of Marketing at Games Workshop Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Brand Management at Speedo International Ltd, where they were responsible for defining global growth opportunities and building the brand plan and marketing mix roadmap. Helen also served as the Global Commercial Brand Manager at Speedo International Ltd, where they defined new global brand strategies and led cross-functional project teams. Before joining Speedo, Helen worked as a Product Group Manager at Bristan Group Ltd, where they were responsible for strategic development and sales delivery. Helen has also worked at JCB Consumer Products, Reckitt Benckiser, Crookes Healthcare, and Boots Healthcare International, where they held various brand management positions and contributed to the success of the respective companies.
Helen Smallridge obtained a BA Hons degree in French, Spanish, and Business Studies with Marketing Emphasis from Swansea University in the years 1992-1996. In 1995, they completed a business course called "Diplôme Supérieur de Français des Affaires" provided by the Paris Chamber of Commerce at the University of Tours, France. Helen also obtained a "Certificat Pratique de Langue Française" from the University of the Sorbonne, Paris in 1992. Prior to their university studies, they attended Stroud High School for Girls from 1984 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in marketing and leadership from LinkedIn in 2020.
