Gagan Sharma

Gagan Sharma is currently serving as Vice President of Legal, M&A, and Corporate Strategy at Games24x7 since September 2020, previously holding the position of AVP - Mergers and Acquisitions at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas from June 2016 to September 2020. With a robust background in M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate law, Gagan has also worked as a Principal Associate and Senior Associate at notable firms such as J. Sagar Associates and AZB & Partners, and contributed to corporate legal services at DSK Legal as a Senior Associate. Gagan holds a B.A.LL.B(Hons.) in Law from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and is currently pursuing a course in AI and Law at the University of Oxford.
