Bobbie Sue Barbour has worked in the ticketing industry for over 10 years. In 2010, they began working as a Senior Team Lead for Kentucky Venues, where they assisted in the opening of the KFC YUM! Center and supervised small and large events. From 2012-2016, they worked as a box office employee for The Forecastle Festival and Danny Wimmer Presents. In 2016, they began working for Churchill Downs Incorporated as a Box Office/Ticket Resolution employee, where they researched why a ticket/wristband scanned bad at the gates or at an access point and determined whether or not patrons should be allowed or denied access. Also in 2016, Bobbie Sue began working for Broadway.com as a Guest Service Supervisor, where they led a team of reps in Louisville, Salt Lake City, and NYC, and trained new employees on policies, procedures, and systems. In 2021, they began working for Gametime United as a Ticket Operations employee and for Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival as a Credentialing Supervisor. In 2022, they began working for Live Nite Events as a Box Office Lead for Reggae Rise Up Florida and Reggae Rise Up Maryland, and for Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival as a Point of Sale Operations employee. Bobbie Sue is also currently working for Rolling Loud Festival as a Medical Ambassador.
Bobbie Sue Barbour has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Sullivan University. Bobbie Sue also attended Central Hardin High School.
