Viviana R. has a history of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they began working as a Fan Happiness Bi-Lingual Associate for Gametime. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Admissions Counselor for Multicultural Recruitment at the University of Redlands. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Student Prep Adviser for Career Advancement, and a Honors College Service Programming Graduate Intern for the Honors College. In 2016, they were a NASPA Undergraduate Fellowship Program Mentor for NUFP. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Assistant Resident Director for UCSB- Residential & Community Living and a Summer Transitional Enrichment Program for UCSB- Education Opportunity Program. In 2014, they were an OSL Intern for the Office of Student Life and a NUFP Fellow for UCSB NASPA Undergradaute Fellows Program.

Viviana R. began their educational journey at UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies in 2015. Viviana continued their studies at Loyola University Chicago, completing a Master of Education - MEd in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration in 2019.
