Soma Banerji

Soma Banerji has been working in the quality assurance field since 2016. Soma began their career as a Sales Team Lead at SBI Card, where they were responsible for handling the team, visiting over bank branches, and handling customer complaints and calls. In 2017, they moved to PolicyBazaar.com as a Quality Assurance Auditor. In 2019, they joined OYO as a Quality Auditor and is currently working as a Quality Manager at Gamezop since 2021.

Soma Banerji obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Kalinga University, Raipur in 2016. In 2021, Soma Banerji obtained certifications in Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn, Quality Management Foundations from LinkedIn, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Benchmark Six Sigma.
