Sean Bair has worked in various roles in the public safety and business sectors since 1992. Sean began their career as a Police Officer and Crime Analyst at the Tempe Police Department. In 1995, they became President of BAIR Analytics Inc., where they developed analytical software used by law enforcement, public safety, defense intelligence agencies, and academia. In 2000, they joined the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center as the Assistant Director of NLECTC-RM and Program Manager of the Crime Mapping & Analysis Program. In 2018, they became the CEO of Nouri. In 2020, they became an Adjunct Professor of Strategy & Economics at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. In 2021, they joined the Board of GameSafe and the Salt Lake Chamber. In 2022, they became a Strategic Advisor for Multitude Insights and ForceField.
Sean Bair attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Executive MBA. Sean then attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2012 to 2013, where they were a PhD Dropout :-) in Statistics. Finally, they attended Arizona State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies.
