Roei Mazor

Roei Mazor, MD, PhD has a diverse work experience. Roei is currently working as a Medical Director at Gamida Cell Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Physician at the Institute of Hemato-Oncology at Assuta Medical Centers, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of histiocytoses. Roei also served as a Medical/Scientific Consultant at the Weizmann Institute of Science and worked as a PhD Candidate/Graduate Student Researcher, focusing on immunological roles in ovarian cancer. Dr. Mazor has also held positions as a Lecturer at the Ziva Tal Academic School of Nursing at Tel Aviv University and as a Researcher and Research Assistant at Sheba - Tel Ha SHomer Hospital, where they conducted research on Erdheim Chester disease. Additionally, they have experience as an Anatomy Instructor at Tel Aviv University.

Roei Mazor, MD, PhD completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine at Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2015. Roei then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2016 to 2021.
