Alicia Alonzo, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources. Alicia currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Gaming Laboratories International, LLC, where they are responsible for managing the employee experience and optimizing HR processes. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Supervisor at the company. In these roles, Alicia oversaw HR operations, acted as a strategic partner to department leaders, and managed teams of HR professionals.
