Raquel Noriega

Raquel Noriega is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sycuan Casino Resort since March 2021. In this role, Raquel supports gaming operations, transportation, and marketing departments, managing a workforce of 700 team members while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
