Michael Fluty

Account Executive at Gaming Partners International

Michael Fluty began their career in 1997 as an Account Executive at Gaming Partners International Corporation. Michael then became the Director of Operations, responsible for direction, strategy, and planning for execution for the Blue Springs, Missouri plant. This role included oversight of all operations, including order processing, scheduling, quality control, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, and coordination of production artwork. Michael also worked closely with the CEO on manufacturing plans and goals, hiring and overseeing production and operations supervisory personnel, and planning and overseeing the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and other efficiency improvements.

In 1997, Michael Fluty also began working at Gemaco Inc. as a Plant Manager, managing all manufacturing resources, processes and facilities, including personnel, materials, equipment and supplies, in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and company policies and goals. Michael was also responsible for employee training and support, focused and unsurpassed service to both internal and external customers, and compliance with gaming authority requirements.

In 2000, Michael Fluty began working at Gemaco Playing Cards as a Casino Department Supervisor and 3rd Shift Casino Department Lead. Michael is currently managing all die cutting, punching, packaging, and shipping aspects of Gemaco Inc. as a Casino Value Stream Manager and Operations Manager.

Michael Fluty attended the University of Central Missouri from 1991 to 1993 and Fort Osage prior to that. Michael does not have any additional certifications.
