Kevin van Rooden

Kevin van Rooden is an experienced professional in technical support and management, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support at Gamma Communications since January 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing the technical support department, acting as Data Protection Officer, managing SLAs and KPIs, leading Asterisk development, handling escalations, and project management. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Software Specialist at Florisoft from May 2016 to December 2021, focusing on research and development of POS systems, software and hardware support, and account/project management. Kevin's experience also includes a position as a Technical Support Engineer at IP-ONE B.V. in 2015-2016, where duties encompassed configuring VoIP systems and managing CRM and networks.
