Alex Owen has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Product & Voice Operations at Gamma since April 2011. In this role, Alex oversees the operational support of Gamma's Hosted Telephony and Unified Communications platforms, managing a team responsible for various network elements and the integration of new services. Prior to this, Alex held positions including Unified Comms & Solutions Manager, Managed Voice Network Engineer for a major UK bank, and Senior IP Telephony Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing SIP solutions, ensuring effective resolution of customer faults, and overseeing technical support. Alex began a career in technical support at Vodafone UK from May 2003 to August 2010. Education includes attendance at Fairfeild High School.
