Rachel Budd

Rachel Budd (Thomson) is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as a Tax Manager at Gamma since May 2023. Previously, Rachel contributed to Nationwide Building Society from September 2005 to May 2023 in various capacities, including Senior Manager Compliance Advice, Senior Manager Stress Testing Controls, and Tax Manager. Rachel's extensive experience includes representing Nationwide in legislative discussions, advising on tax implications of transactions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Rachel's early career included roles as a Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Accountant, focusing on tax returns and corporate tax issues, as well as internal auditing. Rachel holds a BA (Hons) in History and Mathematics from Aberystwyth University and has completed A Levels at Shrewsbury Sixth Form College.
