Diana Rahman

Head Of Legal at GAMUDA LAND

Diana Rahman began their work experience as the Secretary General at the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) in September 2019, where they served until December 2020. Diana then transitioned to the Asian International Arbitration Centre, starting as a Case Counsel in July 2018 and eventually becoming a Senior Case Counsel from January 2020 to October 2021. From October 2021 to February 2022, Diana held the position of Deputy Head of Legal at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. Currently, they are the Head of Legal at GAMUDA LAND since March 2022.

Diana Rahman completed their education as follows:

- From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Laws - LLM degree at the University of Malaya.

- Between 2006 and 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from Multimedia University.

- In 2005, they completed the Monash University Foundation Year at Sunway College.

- From 2003 to 2004, they attended Sri Cempaka Secondary School.

- Currently, in 2021, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Law at the University of Malaya.

Additionally, Diana Rahman has obtained several certifications, including becoming a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator from RICS in 2021. In 2020, they completed the Advanced Course on Arbitration and Mediation Procedure under the WIPO Rules, became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and also obtained a General Course on Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization - WIPO. In 2011, they became a Non-Practicing Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, according to the Malaysian Bar.
