Product Manager - Users And Reporting

Product · Full-time · Copenhagen, Denmark

Job description

Do you want to enable the world’s largest brands to “do the right thing”? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural team environment? If your answer is yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you on our team!

At GAN Integrity we’re building a platform to help Corporate Ethics and Compliance teams around the globe. Our Integrity Platform is a flexible no-code workflow and application builder that allows companies to digitize processes to manage external third party risks (such as due diligence for anti-bribery and corruption risk, or forced labor violations) and internal employee-related risks (such as conflicts of interest or gifts and hospitality) all in one unified platform.

About the Role

As the Product Manager for Users and Reporting you’ll look after two related areas of the product:

  • Our user management capabilities are key to serving some of the largest and most complex globally distributed companies, often with tens or hundreds of thousands of employees.  You’ll work with our users' squad to keep evolving our capabilities in this area.

  • Data is a key pillar of any effective compliance program.  Leading our product efforts in Reporting and Analytics, you’ll work with our data engineers to make data on the Integrity Platform accessible to Compliance teams by driving development and adoption of a self-service embedded reporting environment and beyond.  You’ll also use anonymized and aggregated data across our customer base to provide insights to our customers about industry trends and benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Experience with working on data-driven products as either a product manager, engineer, data analyst, or data scientist on a B2B SaaS product or in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and work with multiple functional areas of the business such as engineering, design, finance, legal, sales, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to find simple solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • You
    • Act with integrity, and when you see wrongdoing, you speak up.
    • Are curious, open-minded, and result-oriented with a focus on business outcomes and user experience
    • Take ownership of your work and when you provide input and feedback; it's constructive, positive, and aimed at productively resolving challenges.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary.

  • Excellent growth opportunities.

  • Flexible working hours, hybrid work set-up.

  • Opportunity to contribute to a truly important cause - building an ethical and compliant business space around the globe.

  • A real impact on the company’s growth and evolution.

  • Great office space and central location in the heart of Copenhagen near Kongens Have.

  • Social activities - yoga sessions, book clubs, movie nights, DHL runs, Friday bars, office parties, and much, much more.

  • Amazing lunch, free soft drinks, fruit, snacks, and great coffee.
