Sylvia Tiscareño

Sylvia Tiscareño serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at GAN since December 2021. Previously, Sylvia held the position of General Counsel at William Hill from June 2015 to June 2021, and prior to that, served as Assistant General Counsel at Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. from June 2008 to June 2015. Additional experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel in Commercial Real Estate Development, Associate Attorney at Cooksey Toolen Gage Duffy & Woog, and temporary litigation document review at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Sylvia also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas during the Spring semester of 2010. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Capital University Law School, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
