Veneta Stoykova has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Veneta is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at GAN, where they are responsible for leading the HR function in Bulgaria. Veneta also managed HR projects for Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe Cluster and served as the Single Point of Contact for learning in the cluster. As an HR Business Partner, they supported departments in HR-related issues, conducted training and development activities, and facilitated succession planning.
Earlier in their career, Veneta worked at Mondelēz International as a Management and Organization Development Specialist, where they assisted departments in defining their training needs, prepared training program proposals, and managed the training and recruitment budget. Veneta also served as the General Manager's Assistant, providing support in daily operations, meeting organization, and event planning.

Veneta Stoykova obtained a Master's degree in Labour and Organisational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2020 to 2022. Veneta also completed the Focused Coach Solution Training Programme, earning an ACTP certification from Erickson Coaching International from 2020 to 2021. In 2011, they received a Chartered CIPD Associate certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, after studying Human Resources Development there from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Technical University of Sofia, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Veneta'seducation history also includes attending the 142 SOU English Language School from 1992 to 1997, although no degree was specified.
