Previously, Johnny held significant positions at San Fernando and Cargill Animal Nutrition, overseeing livestock projects and production operations while achieving notable improvements in production throughput and cost savings. Johnny's academic background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master's in Project Management from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and additional certifications in project management and digital transformation from recognized institutions.
