Lenica M. is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and international aviation, currently serving as a Deal Partner at Ganas Ventures since March 2024, focusing on community-driven startups in the US and Latin America. Previously, Lenica held positions as a SheFi Fellow, advancing professional women's careers in web3, and as Director of International Aviation Regulatory Affairs at Zipline, where the mission involved creating equitable logistics systems.
