Oussama Mallak

Oussama Mallak is an experienced Production Engineer currently working at Gandour since February 2021, focusing on diagnosing inefficiencies and proposing solutions to reduce production costs for manufacturers of oil and confectionery products. Oussama also serves as a member of the food safety and HSE team and is an internal auditor for various ISO standards. Prior to this role, Oussama worked at Cold Stores Group Of Lebanon from September 2019 to February 2021, managing production processes and improving methods related to reefer and cargo boxes. Oussama also gained experience as a Student Library Assistant at Beirut Arab University and completed an internship at Cold Stores Group Of Lebanon, where responsibilities included structural design and management tasks. Oussama began a career in supervision and stock management at Mallak Catering from 2012 to 2014. Oussama holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
