Kanika Kumar

Kanika Kumar is an experienced professional in human resources and sales, currently serving as Deputy Manager - Sales at Ganga Realty since September 2023. Previously, Kanika held progressive HR roles at Su-Kam Power Systems Limited from February 2012 to March 2018, including Manager - HR, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of HR policies, performance appraisals, job reclassification, and employee self-service portal development.
