Vanessa Falkenstern

Vanessa Falkenstern is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in public defense and legal editing. Currently serving as an Attorney Editor at Gann Law and Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Stephen P. Sinisi, Esq. since January 2016, Vanessa has also held the position of Municipal Public Defender for the Borough of Old Tappan since June 2013. Previous roles include Municipal Public Defender for the Borough of Fair Lawn from January 2012 to December 2016, as well as serving in similar capacities for the Boroughs of Emerson, Hillsdale, and Elmwood Park. Vanessa obtained a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Rutgers University.
