Daven Oswalt

Daven Oswalt currently serves as Executive Vice President at Gannett Fleming, where responsibilities include leading a team of 850 professionals in water resources and overseeing strategic growth within the WE&E markets. Early career experience encompasses leadership roles in public affairs at the California Environmental Protection Agency and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, as well as legislative assistance in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. Daven holds a BA in Political Science from Colorado Mesa University and completed a senior management program at Harvard Kennedy School.
