Gannon's Isle is a family-owned and operated entire-service ice cream store in Syracuse, NY. Since 1982, siblings Eileen and John Gannon have served the Syracuse community with over 200 award-winning rotating homemade ice cream flavors. All of the ice cream and products are made in-house and by hand. The products have received dozens of regional awards for its ice cream.

Products include homemade hard ice cream, soft ice cream, ice cream cakes, specialty sundaes, sandwiches, flurries, milkshakes, and freshly squeezed lemonade.  

Various services are offered, including catering, weddings, and signature flavors.
