Andy Bratt, CCIM, is a Principal at Gantry, the largest independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the Western United States, where Andy has worked since October 2014. In this role, Andy arranges debt and equity financing for commercial real estate developers and investors with amounts ranging from $1 million to over $200 million. Previously, from November 2004 to October 2014, Andy served as a Commercial Loan Consultant at Venture West Funding, specializing in Apartment and Commercial Financing and gaining significant experience as a Senior Loan Officer. Andy holds a degree in Business, Sales, and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned from 1999 to 2003.
