Andy Ellis

Andy Ellis is an experienced retail and ministry leader with a diverse background in management and community engagement. Currently serving as General Manager at Gap since July 2022, Andy has previously held significant roles including Children’s Ministry Director at Northlands Church, where responsibilities involved leading a team focused on nurturing children's faith and engaging families. Prior experience at Ralph Lauren encompassed various roles, including General Manager and strategic member of workgroups focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Andy also directed youth ministries at Boone United Methodist Church, managing programming for over 100 students, and began a career in retail at G.H. Bass & Co. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Secondary Education from Appalachian State University.
