Meghan Kelly

Meghan Kelly is the current VP of Talent Acquisition/Portfolio Search at Gap. Meghan has worked in the talent acquisition and recruiting field for over 20 years. Meghan began their career as a recruiting coordinator at Gap Inc., before moving on to manage the talent acquisition function at Lucky Brand, Williams-Sonoma, and Fifth and Pacific. In their current role at Gap, they leads the team responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for all executive leadership roles and corporate positions.

Meghan Kelly reports to Sheila Peters, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Christina Demuth - VP, Human Resources, Sue Puhlhorn - VP, Global Talent Management, and Chris Baer - SVP, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain.
