Neeraj Tandon

Neeraj Tandon is the current Senior Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering & Strategy at Gap. Neeraj has been with the company since October of 2010 and in their current role, they are responsible for overall accountability in managing global delivery of corporate enterprise systems engineering, product management, technology portfolio, production support, quality control, planning, budgeting, and multi-year roadmap development. In addition, they drive business solution strategy and defines services and solutions for improved business performance, increased shareholder value, and higher customer service while meeting growth initiatives. Areas of business technology oversight for Neeraj include Finance, Tax & Treasury, Supply Chain, Compliance, Real Estate, Loss Prevention, Legal, Corp Admin, Social Responsibility, and Facilities. Neeraj is also responsible for fostering strong relationships and credibility with Gap brands executives, external vendors & partners. Lastly, they provide oversight and management of global team operations, end-to-end product delivery discipline, and process management. Neeraj is accountable for the annual G&A budget of $30M.

Prior to their current role at Gap Inc., Neeraj was the Head of Information Technology, Application Engineering and Infrastructure at Health Net from May 2006 to October 2010.

Neeraj Tandon's educational career began with a degree in Commerce, Systems Management from Delhi University. Neeraj then went on to obtain a degree in Executive Leadership Tech Innovation from Stanford University. Finally, they obtained a degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
