VP, Global Talent Management at Gap

Sue Puhlhorn is the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Gap. Sue has over thirteen years of experience in talent management and organization development.

Puhlhorn started their career at Gap Inc in January of 2002. Sue quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Vice President of Talent Management for the Gap brand by December of 2015. In this role, Puhlhorn was responsible for leading talent management, organization development, and organization effectiveness for the $5.8 billion Gap Global brand.
