Customer Success and Sales Team

The Customer Success and Sales Team at Gapps Finland is responsible for driving client acquisition and ensuring customer satisfaction with Google Cloud services. They manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial sales conversations to customer onboarding and ongoing support. This team focuses on understanding client needs, providing tailored Google Cloud solutions, and facilitating change management by training and supporting work communities to adopt new work practices. Their goal is to ensure clients successfully transition to and fully leverage Google Cloud technologies.
