Marlon Abeykoon

Marlon Abeykoon is a highly experienced technology professional with a robust career in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Gapstars and P1 Travel, Marlon has held multiple roles at Gapstars since July 2019, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Technical Lead and now Senior Technical Lead. Marlon also contributes to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at several institutions, including the Open University of Sri Lanka and Study World Lanka Campus. Previous experience includes key positions at Otrium as a Technical Lead and Temper as a Senior Software Engineer. Marlon's extensive background in software engineering and quality assurance is complemented by an educational foundation that includes an MSc in Information Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a BTech Hons in Computer Engineering from the Open University of Sri Lanka.
