K. Çağlayan Bakaçhan has extensive work experience in human resources and administrative affairs. K.Çağlayan started their career at Garanti Bank in 1998 as a Human Resources VP and worked there until 2006. K.Çağlayan then joined Garanti Emeklilik and held various roles, including Executive Vice President, overseeing Human Resources, Purchasing & Administrative Affairs, Customer Services & Call Center, and Product Development & Actuary. K.Çağlayan served in this position until 2018.

K.Çağlayan Bakaçhan studied Guidance & Psychological Counseling at Middle East Technical University from 1993 to 1998. They later pursued a Master's degree in Applied Psychology at Istanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SHL Certified Assessor from SHL in 1999.
