Nicole B.

Nicole B. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Nicole started their career at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP in 1998, where they worked in administration until 2005. Nicole then joined Courtesy Mortgage Company as an HR Generalist/Recruiter, where they managed all aspects of HR and was responsible for recruiting and hiring internal employees. In 2008, they joined U.S. Bank as an Executive Assistant and later took on the role of Business Operations Analyst in the SBA Division. At U.S. Bank, they managed the sales executive compensation programs and implemented new procedures to improve reporting and workflow. In 2011, they became a Human Resources Consultant at IntuitiveHR, LLC, where they provided remote HR services with a focus on insight and balancing progressive and traditional approaches. Nicole later moved on to Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and Garavel Subaru, where they held the position of Human Resources Manager and later Human Resources Director.

Nicole B. holds an Associate of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Graphic Design from Paier College. Nicole has also obtained certifications from Paycor, including Certified Paycor Pro: Payroll, Paycor HR Badge, and Payroll Certified in July 2022.
