Julia Stoops

Julia Stoops is the Director of Web and Digital at Gard Communications, providing strategic planning and design for large, complex web projects for clients in mission-critical sectors. Previously, Julia founded Blue Mouse Monkey, Inc. where Julia served as Principal, Creative Director, and UX & UI Designer. Julia has also taught at Pacific Northwest College of Art as an Associate Professor. Julia holds degrees from Portland State University, Auckland University of Technology, The University of Auckland, and Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University.
