Danel Erickson, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Danel started their career at Technical Weighing Svc Inc in 2000, where they served as the Corporate Administrator for 12 years. In 2012, they transitioned to A+ Tax and Accounting, where they worked as an Accountant until 2013. From 2013 onwards, Danel joined Gardant Management Solutions, initially serving as Director of Financial Accounting and later assuming the role of Director of Compensation & Benefits. Their expertise in financial accounting and compensation & benefits management has been instrumental in the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Danel Erickson, MBA, SHRM-CP has a strong education background in the field of business and human resources management. They completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Davenport University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting from the same university in 2009. Danel Erickson also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2006, also from Davenport University.
