Brooke Charron

Brooke Charron is the current Chief People Officer at Garden Remedies. Prior to joining Garden Remedies, Brooke was the Human Resources Manager at New Hampshire Ball Bearings from May 2011 to October 2017. In their seven years at NHBB, Brooke decreased employee turnover and facilitated headcount changes pursuant to changing business conditions. During that time, Brooke developed a passion for workforce development and community outreach, while acting as a business partner to the company and an accessible resource to their employees. Prior to their time at NHBB, Brooke was the Office Manager at Froling LLC from January 2007 to April 2011. Before their career in management, Brooke was a Casualty Adjuster at MetLife from May 2000 to October 2005.

Brooke Charron has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations with a concentration in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Brooke also has an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Brooke Charron reports to Jeffrey Herold, Co-CEO, COO & Board Member. They are on a team with Kyle Vigeant - VP, Cultivation, Carrie McKinnon - VP, Finance.
