Jeffrey Herold

Jeffrey Herold is the Co-CEO, COO, and Board Member at Garden Remedies. Jeffrey has been with the company since July 2017 and in their current role, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the dispensary, cultivation, and processing. Their focus is on operational improvements that drive benefits to Garden Remedies' patients and customers.

Prior to joining Garden Remedies, Jeffrey was the Supply Chain Manager at a $35M business that included food production, airline catering, onboard retail, equipment and logistics. Jeffrey led a management team in passing customer, FDA and City of Boston audits. Jeffrey also consolidated three production and warehousing facilities to two, reducing cost by $1+ M annually.

At Garden Remedies, Jeffrey has implemented processes that have improved quality and on-time delivery while reducing customer complaints. Jeffrey has also provided site safety leadership to ensure strict adherence to corporate safety standards.

Jeffrey Herold has a Master of Business Administration from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management from Suffolk University. Jeffrey also has Navy technical training “A” School - AEROGRAPHER'S MATE.
