James Steven

James Steven is an experienced professional with a background in sales and customer service. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Manager and Merchandiser at Westland Horticulture Ltd since June 2019, James previously held the position of Section Co-ordinator at Marks and Spencer for over seven years, leading a team of twenty-five customer assistants and achieving high standards in customer service and sales. Additionally, James worked as a Customer Service Assistant and Gardener at Scaitcliffe Gardening Services from April 2009 to November 2011. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Hull, completed in 2011, and attended North Halifax Grammar School from 2001 to 2008.
