Matthew Hoche has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Matthew began their career as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer at Nene Valley Foods in 2001. Matthew then worked at Meadow Foods Limited as a Site Engineering Manager from 2004 to 2009. After that, they served as the Chief Engineer at Dunkleys from 2009 to 2010. Matthew then worked as an Interim Engineering Manager at Kerry Ingredients for a brief period in 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Site Engineering Manager at Produce World. Currently, they are employed as the Chief Engineer at Westland Horticulture Ltd, a position they have held since 2015.

Matthew Hoche began their education in 2009 at EDI, where they earned a Certificate in Business Management with a distinction.
