Cindy Teng

Cindy Teng is an experienced professional in horticulture and landscape management, currently serving as the Manager of Horticulture Operations at Gardens by the Bay since August 2012. In this role, Cindy oversees the maintenance of outdoor gardens, ensuring the safety and aesthetics of both softscape and hardscape elements, while also planning and implementing landscape enhancement projects. Previously, as the Education Programme Manager at the same organization, Cindy promoted educational programs and coordinated school visits. Cindy's early career includes serving as an Outreach Officer at the National Parks Board, where management of maintenance operations and wildlife management at Chek Jawa was a key responsibility, along with engaging volunteers. Additionally, Cindy worked as a Parks Officer, overseeing maintenance operations for various parks in eastern Singapore. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
