Jimmy Tan

Jimmy Tan currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Sustainability Office at Gardens by the Bay since March 2024. Previously, as a Climate Solution Expert and Customer Success Manager at Persefoni, Jimmy guided large enterprises in quantifying their carbon footprints and enhancing the use of the Persefoni Climate Management and Accounting Platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant for Carbon Management at Univers, where valuable carbon accounting expertise was provided, and as an Assistant Manager in the Strategy & Sustainability Office at SATS Ltd., where a comprehensive decarbonization strategy was developed. Early career experience at SP Group involved collaborating with the CEO on sustainable energy business opportunities. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, with additional education at Singapore Management University and the University of Strathclyde, along with a Diploma in Mechatronics from Temasek Polytechnic.
