Kevin Swanson

Kevin Swanson is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Since April 2018, Kevin has served as a Senior Project Manager at Gardner Builders. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Mortenson from March 2007 to April 2018, progressing through several positions including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer II. Earlier in Kevin's career, experience was gained at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. as an Associate III from April 2002 to March 2007, and at Thornton Tomasetti as an Engineer from February 2000 to March 2002. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
