Joshua Williams

Joshua S. Williams is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in environmental health management and administration. Currently serving as the Public Health Director at Garfield County Govt., CO since July 2014, Joshua oversees a team of environmental health specialists and manages various programs, including Consumer Protection and Emergency Preparedness. Prior roles include Administrator at the Delaware County Health Department and Director of Environmental Health at Boone County Health Department, where Joshua was responsible for budget management, staff supervision, and public health preparedness initiatives. Joshua's career began as an Environmental Health Specialist and includes military service with the US Army. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Ball State University and has pursued further education in Business Administration at Western Governors University.
