Sales Development Rep 

Pay: $20/hour, $25 OTE

Hours: 20 hours/week 

Part-time SDR Job Description:  

As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential new clients for our Senior Account Executives. This is primarily accomplished through cold calling prospects and utilizing email campaigns. You will work closely with the SAEs and VP of Revenue to help foster a flawless customer experience. Strong performance in the SDR role can lead to other opportunities that will appear within the company.

Pay starts at $20/hr + commissions/bonus for an OTE of $25/hour and includes 2 weeks of PTO. 

Requirements:

  • Available to work 20 hours/week with a hybrid schedule between our office in Lehi and your home.
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to handle rejection in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent effort to make 40-50 calls per day
  • Positive attitude, competitive, and gritty
  • Dental experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized and flexible

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of SDR experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed goals
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, phone appointment setting experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience on a MAC
  • Experience with Excel or Google Equivalent
